When is the last time you had great sleep for several nights in a row, or even one good night’s sleep?
Sleep is crucial to your health; in fact, our survival depends on it. However, it’s pretty easy in our complex, technology-driven, 24-7 society to develop sleep problems.
Because quality sleep is so important to reversing chronic issues and maintaining good health, my sleep/insomnia group visits will be a regular occurrence on the schedule.
At group visits, we’ll focus on the challenges and goals of those attending; additionally, I’ll present some specific topics and interventions that everyone can implement immediately.
A regular feature at all our insomnia/sleep group visits will be to do a review of our evening/sleep behaviors and create an action plan to work on between visits.
