We simply cannot keep all toxins out of our body, nor should we be attempting to do so. It would both be futile and exhausting. However, that doesn’t mean chronic toxin exposure is not a problem. During these classes we’ll explore where we get exposed to toxins including from skin and personal care products, foods, water and other areas of our environment. More importantly, we’ll review some easy and simple steps you can start doing to reduce that burden as well as how you can help your body better able to handle the ones that do make it in.
